Alex, the technician, was punctual, polite, worked efficiently, didn't make a mess and cleaned up after himself. You can see in the photos, he did a good job. Once the job was done Maurice came by to check on the work and pick up the rubbish. We were luck to have left over tiles from when the bathroom was renovated so you can barely tell there was a repair.
