Overall experience was very good. Samantha was very prompt with her emails and booked the job quickly. Alex, the technician, was punctual, polite, worked efficiently, didn't make a mess and cleaned up after himself. You can see in the photos, he did a good job. Once the job was done Maurice came by to check on the work and pick up the rubbish. We were luck to have left over tiles from when the bathroom was renovated so you can barely tell there was a repair.

We recently had Smartsealed fix our leaking shower and honestly couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. What used to be a real hassle is now completely sorted—the shower is fully waterproof and looks great again. Big shout out to the technician who did the job. As part of the strata committee, we engage SmartSealed to completely re-tile and waterproof one of the showers in our apartment block after ongoing leaking issues. The technician (I wish I could remember his name!) was so friendly and explained everything really clearly and showed where all the problems were originating from. He even changed our broken washer that was causing delayed and weak hot water supply from our shower at no additional charge.
